Delivery Information
The minimum order value is £25.
We deliver to postcode prefixes NR13 4 and NR13 5. You can check if your address is included by entering your postcode in our ordering platform/app.
We operate Friday, Saturday and Sunday 18:00 - 21:00. Delivery slots are available every 30 minutes. If you are unable to select your preferred time, it means that particular time slot has been taken and unavailable. We highly recommend pre-ordering where you can to avoid disappointment.
Payment is accepted by debit or credit card.

How do I order?
1. Visit our website at www.kiinthai.co.uk.
2. Head to 'Order Online' page. Please read our delivery information and FAQs section for any questions.
3. Click 'Order Here' button. You will be redirected to an external platform powered by Tudoo.
4. Register or sign in using an email address or alternatively you can download our app for your mobile too!
5. Select 'Home Delivery' service, then follow instructions on the screen for required information.
6. Pick a desired date and timeslot. You can preorder up to 4 weeks in advance.
7. Add items to your order (minimum order value £25) and click 'Checkout'.
8. You can redeem offers and promotions (if applicable) by clicking 'Redeem Code' on the top left.
9. Please enter any additional information in the textbox if applicable. If you live in a remote area with only the house name, kindly provide house number and/or specific direction if possible (especially if it's your first order).
10. Enter card details to make the payment. Once the order is placed and payment successful, it will be sent to us for action. You will receive a notification once the order is accepted.
11. Approximately 30 minutes before your chosen delivery slot, you will receive a notification to say that your meal is being prepared 'in the Kitchen' and follow by another notification to say your food is 'Out for Delivery', shortly before you get a knock on the door. Notifications are sent by email (or our app if you had downloaded it and placed your order on there).
Can I come and collect?
We are a home delivery service only. Due to insurance reason, we are unable to accept a collection from our premise.
Do you accept cash on delivery?
Our online ordering system can only accept card payment at the checkout. There is no option to pay for cash on delivery.
Can I add extra dishes to my order after it's placed?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to amend your order, preferably before 4pm on the day of delivery at the latest. Please note that there are only two of us operating (one person cooking, the other delivering), we may not be able to answer calls during our opening times. Please leave a voice message and we will aim to get back to you as soon as we can.
Once order is accepted, the system will not allow us to add anything else to the existing order. If the value of extra dishes is over £25 we can create a new order on the system and deliver them at the same time as your pre-selected slot (if we have the capacity), and take the payment by card over the phone. You can also do this yourself if the system allows. If the value of extra dishes is below £25, we can manually note them to your existing order (if we have the capacity), and we can accept cash payment on delivery or bank transfer.
Can I prebook a time slot and place my order later?
Most of our customers pre-order their meals in advance to secure their delivery slots. If you would like to place your order with us but are waiting to finalise your menu, please contact us as early as possible and we can reserve a delivery slot for you. We would ask that you come back to us by 12pm on the day of delivery at the latest. If we don't hear from you by this time we may release your reserved slot to other customers.
Why is the delivery slot I selected no longer available at the checkout?
We have the maximum of 2 orders we can accept per half an hour delivery slot. If the order value is over £60 it will take over an entire slot, which means that if we already had 1 order in place and your order total is over £60 the system will automatically offer you the next available slot.
On the rare occasion someone else could be ordering at the same time as you, and we had accepted their order before you had reached the checkout stage therefore your selected time would no longer be available.
Who is cooking and who will be delivering my food?
Dream (Sutthida) is the sole chef at Kiin and Ady is the main delivery driver.
How would I know my order has been accepted?
Once your payment has been successful, we will receive a notification to accept your order. Once your order is accepted, you should receive an email confirmation. Further notifications will be sent to you when your order is 'in the kitchen' and 'out for delivery'.
My payment has failed, what do I do?
Please ensure your card details are correct and that you use the relevant postcode registered to that particular card at the checkout. Our online payment system is extremely secure, therefore any errors or incorrect details would cause payment failure. If payment failed, we would be notified by system operator via email only. We would not receive that particular order through our ordering system because the payment had failed. We would only receive new order notifications when the payment has been successful. There should be no payment leaving your account until we have accepted the order.
My delivery hasn't arrived, what do I do?
We aim to deliver within your chosen time slot however please allow up to 5 minutes delay for any unforeseen circumstances.
Do you cater for dietary requirements?
We provide options for vegan, vegetarian and gluten free on several dishes on our menu. Appropriate allergy information is provided on our menu page and online ordering platform. We don't use dairy products in our cooking.
What is your loyalty scheme and how does it work?
Register or log in to our online ordering system (you can also download our app!) and take advantage of our loyalty scheme. Each time you place an order with us you will receive one stamp, and after five stamps you will receive £5 off your next order.
To redeem your offer, simply place your order online the usual way (remember to log in) and at the checkout you should have the loyalty stamp automatically pop up on the screen. If you don't see the notification, click 'redeem code' on the top left hand side of the checkout screen and select the promotion from there. If other offer was automatically selected you can change it by selecting 'edit promo' on the checkout page.
Do you sell gift vouchers and how do they work?
We certainly do. You can purchase or gift vouchers by visiting our website at www.kiinthai.co.uk and head to 'Order Online' page. Click 'Order Here' button where you will be redirected to an external platform on a separate page. Select 'Kiin Vouchers' option, enter the required information and select the desired voucher. We have £15 or £25 physical gift voucher value available to purchase.
If you would like a £30 value, simply add 2x £15 and at the checkout please specify whether you would like one £30 voucher or two separate £15 vouchers. Once your payment is successful, we will accept your order, prepare your voucher(s) and deliver by hand the next day.
Our physical gift vouchers are professionally printed and are presentable as a gift. The expiry date will be 1 year from the date of the purchase (i.e. purchased on 03/02/2025 the expiry date will be 28/02/2026). Each voucher will be provided with a unique reference code, which is required for redeeming via online ordering platform.
To redeem the voucher, simply follow the instructions on how to order online. At the checkout, click 'Redeem Code' on the top left hand side of the screen and type in the code exactly as printed on the voucher, including any special characters such as '-' (middle dash line). Any problems at all please feel free to contact us.
Do you do private catering or outdoor events?
Our core service is home delivery on Friday, Saturday and Sunday between 6-9pm however we have previously participated in local food and drink events, private parties and a wedding event. We are fully equipped for outdoor catering, including a branded marquee. We are willing to consider any proposals we feel suitable, please do not hesitate to contact us with your enquiry.
